Flights FAQs - Delays

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If you booked through Thomsonfly and your flight is significantly delayed or cancelled, we'll offer you one of the following options:

  • We will carry you at the earliest opportunity, either on your original flight or the next departing flight (if space is available).
  • We will offer you a refund.

Please contact the relevant agent at the airport for up-to-date information and advice.

If you wish to claim compensation, we advise you to check your insurance policy, as this will outline the amount that you may also claim for expenses incurred as a result of the delay. To enable you to enjoy your holiday and in order to prevent a flight cancellation, in exceptional circumstances we may arrange for a flight to be operated on our behalf by an alternative carrier and/or aircraft. For more information, please contact Thomsonfly on 0871 231 4787. If you wish to write to us, our address for correspondence is:

Concerns and Errors, Customer Support Department, TUI UK, Columbus House 1, Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry, CV48TT.

Calls cost 10p per minute at all times from BT landlines. Other operator networks may vary.
