Think of Hampton Court Palace on a smaller scale and you won't be far off. If you like grandeur and feel like stepping back in time to a day when everyone dressed for dinner then retired to the reading room, then this is the place for you! The decor and furnishings, even the paintings on the wall, add to the regal ambience.

Villa Son Simo is owned by a distinguished family and is set back off the road, in a rural location. It's also conveniently located for both Alcudia and Puerto de Pollensa.

With enough space to sleep half of the royal family, this would make an ideal fairytale retreat for couples and groups of friends or family.

The main door leads into a lounge decorated with original antique furniture. The spacious dining room is elegantly decorated with a chandelier, grandfather clock and grand dining table with chairs. A well equipped kitchen, reading room and separate shower room can also be found on the ground floor.

The first floor is home to three twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one separate bathroom. There is even a separate covered dining area at the rear of the villa decorated with hunting artefacts, so you can vary where you dine from night to night.

You don't even need to leave that antique, historical feeling behind when you venture out as the old towns of Pollensa and Alcudia are both nearby.
