In an almost identical building nearby are the recently refurbished Nizza Studios, three of which are on the first floor and one on the second, which has views of the sea. Small, simple and stylish, they're kitted out with the same tasteful decor and furnishings as the apartment. Perfect for couples or families, they come with a double bed, plus a sofa bed in the lounge area. Open-plan in design, they also have a dining table, a tiny kitchenette with a hob and fridge and a small balcony.
