The beach at Faliraki is arguably the best in Rhodes, it is long and sandy and extends the whole length of the resort. There is a full range of watersports, umbrellas and sunbeds available. Be warned, the beach is packed during high season.
In the evening, with over 60 bars and tavernas to choose from, there's something for everyone, with a great choice of international, Greek, Italian and Chinese food. There are also many snack bars where you can grab a souvlaki at sunrise.
There are a few quieter bars on the outskirts of the resort whilst the centre consists of noisy bars and discos. There is always lots of dancing as the sun goes down.
Shops are open until well after dark here, offering everything you could possibly want, from beach balls and inflatables to local handicrafts and clothes. You can even find a shopping mall at Faliraki Bay North.
Why not try your hand at scuba diving? Faliraki offers a great selection of water sport activities, with everything from windsurfing and water-skiing to parascending and pedaloes. For something a little more relaxing, you can visit the island of Symi, take an East Coast cruise or even a Turkey excursion. Why not glide around Rhodes by night? Whatever your interests, there is plenty here to keep you entertained.
